Job summary

WNS Global Services Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, seeks a Senior Qlik Sense Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise BI solutions using Qlik Sense. You will translate business needs into scalable dashboards, data models, and scripts, collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and IT.

Build robust ETL processes, optimize QVDs for performance, and integrate data from SQL Server and other sources. Knowledge of Qlik NPrinting, Power BI, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years hands-on experience in Qlik Sense development.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise data and reporting environments.
• Experience supporting global business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI-powered analytics and Microsoft Copilot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Qlik Sense dashboards, reports, and analytics applications.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
• Develop complex Qlik Sense data models, load scripts, and visualizations.
• Create optimized QVD architectures and data models for high-performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain reusable data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Work extensively with SQL Server databases to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and security across reporting solutions.
• Optimize existing dashboards and applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide timely support to business users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for reporting automation and process improvement.
• Participate in BI solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices.
• Create technical documentation, data dictionaries, and deployment documentation.
• Support production releases and perform root cause analysis for reporting-related issues.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Qlik Sense Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade business intelligence solutions using Qlik Sense. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Qlik Sense development, data modelling, SQL, and dashboard creation, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into intuitive and impactful visual analytics solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology teams to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics solutions that support strategic business decision-making. Experience with Qlik NPrinting, QVD optimization, SQL Server, and other BI platforms such as Power BI will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
