Job summary

Nielsen Sports SA in Bengaluru is seeking a Full Stack QA Engineer to enable quality across the software development lifecycle. You will focus on risk identification, test strategy, and both manual and automated testing as part of a distributed team across India and Europe.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, translate requirements into test plans, and continuously improve QA processes and automation frameworks to ensure high-quality releases.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and usability of our Media Planning products by collaborating with Product and Engineering.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to understand business requirements and translate them into risk based test plans, acceptance criteria and test cases.
• Highlight quality risks, edge cases, and cross-feature scenarios early during backlog grooming sessions.
• Assess required testing scopes, identify gaps in coverage, and advise Engineering on test design of automated tests, manual testing, and validation.
• Act as an expert and advisor on testing tools, methodologies, and testing framework architecture for the team.
• Execute testing, providing continuous feedback to Product and Engineering to inform release decisions.
• Continuously update test coverage and test suites based on QA findings and customer feedback.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.
