Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking an experienced QA/QC professional to lead quality and food-safety systems across a chemical/pharma/food-grade manufacturing setup in India. The role requires driving audits, maintaining SOPs, batch records, and COAs while ensuring compliance with pharmacopoeia grades.

Qualifications

• MSc in Inorganic Chemistry or BSc in Chemistry with strong QA experience.
• At least 7 years in QA/QC in a chemical, pharma, or food-grade manufacturing unit, with 3+ years handling systems independently.
• Proven ability to independently handle ISO 9001, WHO GMP, FSSAI, and FSSC 22000 audits.
• Strong command of COAs and pharmacopoeia grades (IP/BP/USP/EP/FCC), HACCP, and CAPA.
• Confidence to uphold quality against production and dispatch pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the plant quality and food safety systems: ISO 9001, WHO GMP, FSSAI, and FSSC 22000.
• Prepare for and face customer, certification, and regulatory audits independently, from documentation to closure of observations.
• Control the full document set: SOPs, batch records, specifications, COAs, HACCP plans, and change control.
• Review and approve in-process and finished-goods results, and release or reject batches against pharmacopoeia and grade specs.
• Handle customer complaints, deviations, CAPA, and root-cause investigations.
• Run vendor qualification, raw material approval, and supplier documentation.
• Train shop-floor and QC staff on GMP, hygiene, and quality discipline.
• Keep the certification calendar, internal audit schedule, and management reviews on track.
