Job summary

Algoleap Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring a senior AI/ML engineer to build and deploy GenAI solutions on GCP from design to production. You will implement voice workflows and document pipelines, work on embeddings, vector search and tool calling, and collaborate with clients to demo progress.

The role requires strong Python experience, hands-on GCP knowledge, and mentoring junior engineers. You will join client calls, write clean code, and produce runbooks and handover notes.

Qualifications

• 3+ Strong proficiency in Python for production-grade apps and APIs.
• Deep understanding of OOD, design patterns, exceptions, testing, and dependencies.
• Strong data-structure and algorithm knowledge: arrays, lists, trees, graphs.
• Experience optimizing code for performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Mentor junior engineers on coding standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI solutions on GCP from design through production.

• Build voice workflows(speech-to-text, text-to-speech, voice bots) and document pipelines(extraction, classification, search)
• Write clean, tested Pythonservices and integrate with client systems and APIs

• Review Junior FDEs' code, pairwith them and break work into clear tasks
• Join client calls to gatherrequirements, demo progress and explain technical choices
• Document solutions, runbooksand handover notes

Required skills

• GCP stack: hands-on with Vertex AI,Cloud Run or Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud Storage and Pub/Sub
• Python: strong; REST APIs, dataprocessing, unit and integration testing
• AI: practical GenAI and LLM delivery(Gemini or similar), embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering
• Voice and document management: workingexperience with Speech-to-Text or Text-to-Speech and Document AI or OCR tools
• Debugging: independent troubleshootingacross code, cloud logs and integrations
• Communication and presentability: clearwith client users; can run a demo and write crisp status updates
