In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance APIs, data pipelines, and microservices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams in an Agile environment, driving technical excellence from initial design through deployment and observability.* **Architecture & Development:** Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure backend services and microservices using Python.* **API Engineering:** Architect and implement high-performance RESTful APIs and GraphQL schemas, integrating external third-party services and downstream systems using JSON-based payloads.* **Database Design & Management:** Model, optimize, and manage NoSQL databases (primarily MongoDB) as well as relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MSSQL) for query performance and data integrity.* **System Administration & Tooling:** Develop, deploy, and debug applications directly in Linux/Unix environments.* **Code Quality & Mentorship:** Drive clean architecture, comprehensive unit/integration testing, and code reviews across Git-based workflows.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with product managers, QA, and DevOps engineers within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver sprint commitments predictably.## **Your Profile*** 8–12 years of professional software engineering experience primarily using **Python**.
