In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, cloud-native applications and microservices. You will also play a key role in technical leadership, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• System Design : Design, build, and optimize highly scalable, reliable Python-based microservices and applications.
• Technical Leadership :Lead complex backend projects, define technical requirements, and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Collaboration & Mentorship : Partner with frontend, product, and QA teams to deliver seamless features. Mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Performance & DevOps :Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement robust CI/CD and testing strategies.

What We Are Looking For

• Core Expertise : 5-6 years of professional software development experience with strong proficiency in Python (preferably FastAPI, or Django/Flask).
• Databases : Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Cloud & DevOps : Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• CS Fundamentals : Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design patterns, and cloud security best practices.
• Soft Skills : Proven experience leading technical projects and excellent communication skills.
