Arka Innovate is seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Backend AI Engineer for our client with hands‑on expertise in LangGraph and agentic AI systems.

This role focuses on building production‑grade AI agents and intelligent workflows on top of enterprise datasets and internal applications. The ideal candidate is highly execution‑oriented, experienced in production AI delivery, and capable of making an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and Deploy AI Agents using LangGraph. Develop backend‑heavy AI solutions leveraging Python and FastAPI
• Implement advanced AI workflows including:
  • Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
  • Text-to-SQL systems
  • Prompt-engineered agent workflows
  • Business data summarization solutions
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications
• Work extensively with structured datasets using PostgreSQL
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and AI leadership
• Contribute to frontend enhancements when required using TypeScript

Qualifications & Requirements

• Backend (Primary Focus – Must Have)
  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Hands‑on experience with FastAPI

  • API design and production system development experience
• AI / Agentic Frameworks (Critical)
