Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field (M.Phil./Ph.D. preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical practice and psychological counseling.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and clinical governance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in digital health or technology-enabled mental healthcare will be an added advantage.
