Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Gurugram, India to lead major projects across design, construction and development services. You will guide teams, manage stakeholders and ensure delivery aligns with client objectives and JLL standards.

With 12–15 years of experience in related fields, you will oversee reporting, budgeting and compliance while cultivating strong client relationships and cross-line collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in any property-related discipline.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in design, construction or project management.
• Superior communication skills to handle complex conversations with business owners, senior executives, and decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Take total responsibility for the overall success of major projects—guiding teams in each phase to achieve outcomes that exceed clients’ expectations and meet JLL’s commercial objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, leading from the front while also taking the time to understand their point of view.
• Establish an effective organisational structure for reporting, communication and working procedures, and ensure that clear objectives and quality control systems are in place.
• Lead a project team that is highly motivated, eager to contribute, and in sync with the stakeholders’ mind-sets.
• Attend project meetings, submit monthly reports, and monitor project budgets.
• Maintain a strong and positive relationship with our clients by identifying their needs, requirements and constraints.
• Ensure that the project’s revenue and payment cycles are properly managed.
• Keep an eye on business opportunities.
• Survey a client’s needs and support the preparation of PM proposals.
• Develop relationships with other company business lines.
• Handle contract administration of all vendors professionally and according to legal requirements.
• Identify project risks and mitigate them.
• Develop project-related reports, analyses and reviews regularly.
