A leading property consultancy in Hyderabad is seeking a professional with 5-9 years of experience in MEP coordination for commercial projects. You will manage the end-to-end execution of projects, overseeing industrial building construction activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. A diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical field is required, along with strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of commercial projects, including EPC projects.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for successful project delivery.
• Oversee industrial building construction activities from planning to completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all phases of project execution.
• Monitor project progress regularly and take corrective action as needed.
• Have knowledge of coordination activities of all services Mechanical & Electrical.
• Should understand client requirements and cross-check schematics provided by design consultants.
• Familiar with testing and commissioning procedures for M&E activities.
• Should be capable of end-to-end coordination with interior teams.
• Able to maintain documentation – including checklists, MARs, and WPRs .Project schedule
