About the Role

The Senior Program Manager for Jump Academy, is a strategic and execution-focused role responsible for building, launching, and managing a strategic talent program globally. This talent program is designed to build the next generation of high-impact talent.

You will own the program end-to-end, from establishing strong cross functional partnerships with key stakeholders, establishing and growing university partnerships, building robust enablement and establishing a comprehensive 1-year growth journey. This role requires exceptional coordination skills, a competitive spirit to secure top talent, and the ability to Communicate with Impact across functional business leaders, HR Business Partners, the in-house Talent Attraction, and other stakeholders.

You will directly influence JumpCloud’s future talent landscape by establishing a sustainable pipeline of high-performing individuals, significantly contributing to the company's long-term growth and success.
  • Growth: As a new position, you will have strategic and tactical ownership over our emerging JumpAcademy early career hiring programs. This may expand to include internship and internal mobility programs as well. You will gain high visibility and interact frequently with functional leaders and HRBPs, partnering with TA on the recruitment strategy, talent development, and compensation alignment.

Key Performance Objectives (KPOs) in First 6–12 Months
  • Establish and Launch the Jump Academy Talent Pipeline: Within the first six months, successfully establish strategic partnerships with recruitment channels (universities, early career programs etc) necessary to deliver the first cohort of new hires (number TBD by hiring plan). Success is measured by meeting the hiring and onboarding goals within defined windows and ensuring candidates meet the high bar for quality of hire.
  • Design and Implement the Comprehensive 1-Year Journey Program: Design the full 1-year journey program, including key developmental milestones, continuous learning tracks, regular focus groups, and at least two successful in-person meetup events. This program should result in an 85%+ engagement and retention rate for the first cohort within the first year.
  • Standardize and Align Program Operations: Align the Jump Academy recruitment process in close partnership with Talent Attraction, business partners and business leaders. Achieve full sign-off on the standardized compensation approach and ensure a seamless, high-touch onboarding experience for 100% of the cohort.
Critical Tasks
  • Develop Program Strategy and Brand: Define the Jump Academy’s external brand message, internal purpose, and go-to-market strategy, specifically identifying 3-5 key university partners for immediate outreach. This will include social media and website design/creation, outbound messaging and internal & external communications to multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage End-to-End Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate all recruitment activities, including attending university job fairs, candidate screening sessions, and offers in alignment with your Talent Acquisition counterparts.
  • Define Compensation & Onboarding Standards: Collaborate with HRBPs and functional leaders to finalize the compensation strategy for the cohort and map out the functional onboarding enablement process.
  • Execute the 1-Year Program Design: Outline the specific curriculum, learning objectives, and 12-month milestone requirements for the cohort in collaboration with L&D resources (if applicable).
  • Plan and Execute Cohort Events: Secure venues and logistical requirements for all required in-person meetups, ensuring these events reinforce program goals and foster community among the new hires.
  • Measure and Adjust Program Health: Implement mechanisms (e.g., frequent focus groups, pulse surveys) to gather feedback on program efficacy and engagement, providing data-driven recommendations for iterative improvements quarterly.
  • Provide High-Impact Stakeholder Updates: Deliver weekly updates to the hiring manager and relevant functional leads on program status, risks, and performance metrics, confirming understanding and demonstrating transparency built on Trust.
You have
  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Talent Acquisition, or HR, specifically building and running high-impact talent programs (e.g., early-career, university recruiting).
  • Proven ability to design, launch, and manage end-to-end talent programs in a global environment.
  • Exceptional cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills to align business leaders, HR, and Talent Attraction.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills for establishing external university partnerships and securing internal alignment on program standards.
  • Experience implementing data-driven mechanisms to measure program health (e.g., retention, engagement) and drive continuous improvement.
