The successful candidate will guide release activities, run status meetings, and elevate impediments while coordinating with software development teams and stakeholders.

• Own the processes for your products and be willing to assist others as necessary
• Coordinate planning activities and the documentation of process changes
• Backup or run at least one non-release project or program

ROLE SUMMARY

Under the leadership of the Director of Program Management, we are hiring a Principal Program Manager Contractor to facilitate release management and project management for at least one product. This role is critical to our 2026 releases and will be responsible for dependency management, risk management, and on‑time delivery of projects.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years working with Jira and Confluence or equivalent
• Experience with release and project management
• Experience working with software development teams and management
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience with Agile project management or Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban
