Position Summary

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for managing and delivering multiple complex product programs on time, while leading AI‑enabled, intelligence‑driven delivery execution across the organization. This role owns, develops, and manages integrated program plans for assigned product releases and applies AI‑enabled program management practices to optimize planning, execution, risk management, and outcomes. The Senior Program Manager proactively manages scope, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, risks, issues, and change control while fostering strong, collaborative relationships across engineering, product, quality, operations, and client‑facing teams. In addition to driving disciplined program execution, this role leverages intelligent tooling, automation, and data‑driven insights to improve delivery predictability, decision‑making, and operational readiness at scale.

Essential Functions
  • Utilizes AI‑enabled planning and collaboration tools to support meetings, track commitments, and surface delivery risks, ensuring release schedules and milestone dates are met, and working closely with senior management to address program risks and issues.
  • Applies predictive analytics, historical delivery data, and AI‑assisted insights to proactively identify risks, issues, and dependency conflicts, and driving evidence‑based mitigation plans throughout the program by facilitating meetings, discussions, decision making and conflict resolution.
  • Operates at a leadership level and effectively interfaces with executive management to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, including the ability to communicate complex program scenarios clearly and concisely.
  • Provides regular status reporting using data‑driven, AI‑assisted program reporting that highlights trends, execution risk, delivery confidence.
  • Identifies and implements AI‑enabled process improvements that automate manual program activities, improve delivery insights, and strengthen operational readiness.
  • Ensures operational readiness through AI‑supported compliance tracking, evidence management, and release health indicators, aligned to Clinisys quality standards.
  • Works closely with the Product Development and Client Experience project management teams, ensuring product delivery schedules closely align to development and service delivery requirements.
  • Partners with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders to evaluate and operationalize AI tools that improve program delivery predictability, throughput, and quality.
  • Establishes guardrails for the responsible use of AI in program management, ensuring transparency, reliability, and compliance with Clinisys governance standards. Leads the development of standardized delivery service program plans for the product.
  • Recommends and reviews documentation to support standardization across all stakeholders in the product delivery and services processes.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Core Competencies
  • Experienced in applying AI‑enabled tools and techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, intelligent automation, natural language processing) to improve program planning, forecasting accuracy, risk detection, reporting quality, and delivery efficiency.
  • Strong data literacy, including the ability to interpret delivery metrics, trends, and AI‑generated insights to guide decisions.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into Agile and hybrid delivery environments without disrupting team execution.
  • Ability to evaluate AI tooling value, limitations, and risk within regulated or quality‑controlled software environments.
  • Experienced with AI tools and techniques (predictive analytics, NLP, automation) and able to leverage such tools for measurable productivity gains and process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of modern software development methods and associated development tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program and portfolio management principles, practices, and processes.
  • Proficiency in the use of industry‑standard project management applications and able to produce detailed, integrated software development release plans.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Experience in managing multiple large size projects concurrently.
  • Able to operate at a leadership level and effectively interface with executive management.
  • Excellent in writing clear and accurate technical documents describing the software development and delivery process.
  • Proficient in analytical skills as evidenced by the ability to solve problems, identify improvement opportunities, and create effective action plans during the performance of assigned tasks.
  • Experience in developing formal project management processes.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong Program and Project Management skills required; professional certification is preferred.
  • Required minimum 7 years project or program management experience overseeing the development and delivery of software solutions, including large projects encompassing hundreds of tasks, multiple and competing resources, and strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI‑enabled tools to support program delivery, analytics, automation, or operational decision‑making in a software or technology‑driven environment.
  • Preferred at least 5 years’ experience with enterprise‑level software development, Agile methodologies, and new release delivery coordination to all parts of a global organization.
  • Preferred experience working in organizations adopting AI‑first or data‑driven delivery models, including tool evaluation, rollout, or change management.
  • Preferred at least 3 years’ experience in the Healthcare industry.
Global Travel Expectations
