Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Senior Product Owner, BI & Analytics to shape enterprise reporting, self-service analytics, and conversational BI across our global business. You will turn complex needs into trusted, intuitive analytics products and connect people, data, and technology for accessible insights.

Working across business and technology teams, you will balance immediate priorities with a long-term product strategy, strengthen trusted reporting, and modernize our BI landscape in a hybrid work

Join Danfoss as a Senior Product Owner, BI & Analytics and shape how data supports decisions across our global business. You will lead the direction of enterprise reporting, self-service analytics, and emerging conversational BI solutions.

You will turn complex business needs into trusted, intuitive, and scalable analytics products. By connecting people, data, and technology, you will make insights easier to access, understand, and use.

Working across business and technology teams, you will balance immediate priorities with a long-term product strategy. Your work will strengthen trusted reporting, expand self-service analytics, and help modernize our BI landscape.

The preferred work mode would be hybrid.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set the product direction for reporting, agents, and analytics solutions by defining the vision, roadmap, priorities, and product lifecycle.
• Turn business needs into clear priorities, user stories, features, and acceptance criteria that guide cross-functional development teams.
• Bring teams together across business, data engineering, analytics, architecture, and technology platforms to deliver valuable and user-friendly solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in BI, analytics, democratization, data products, or digital product management, including ownership of product strategies, roadmaps, backlogs, and lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise reporting, data visualization, semantic models, data quality, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience translating complex business and analytical needs into practical priorities for cross-functional technology teams.
• A solid understanding of agile product development and the ability to make balanced decisions based on value, user needs, feasibility, risk, and long-term sustainability.
• Experience working with and enabling self-managing teams, fostering ownership while providing clear priorities, strategic direction, and decision-making support.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, together with professional proficiency in English.
