Role Summary

The Product Manager, Specialist role is responsible for leading digital product management initiatives, overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of strategic products. Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 8 years of related work experience, with at least two years of experience leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects.
• Bachelor\'s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor\'s in Computer Applications (BCA), or Master\'s in Computer Applications (MCA).
• Product Management experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Investment platforms.
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management products, client journeys, and business processes.
• Experience translating business needs into product capabilities and delivery requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and technology teams.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, and Business stakeholders.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to represent business needs and priorities.
• Agile product delivery experience with roadmap and backlog management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing priorities across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams across different time zones.
• Strong expertise in digital product management, market analysis, and user experience optimization.
• Experience with Digital Wealth Management or Client Portal platforms.
• Knowledge of Micro Front-End (MFE) architecture and modern digital product ecosystems.
• Experience working on enterprise web platforms and customer-facing applications.
• Background in User Experience (UX) collaboration and design thinking.
• Exposure to Secure Client Portals, Digital Self-Service, or Advisor platforms.
• Experience leading platform modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
