Job summary

ADCI - Karnataka is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Tech to shape the strategy and technical roadmap for our tax product portfolio within the FinTech Tax Technology team. You will translate complex tax requirements into robust, scalable software and drive delivery with cross-functional partners.

You will own customer engagement, establish KPIs, and lead end-to-end product development to meet evolving tax regulations while delivering impact for our customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, technical roadmap, and delivery of our innovative tax product suite. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and subject matter experts, to translate complex tax requirements into robust, scalable, and secure software solutions and ensure our products meet the evolving needs of our customers and comply with complex tax regulations. Key job responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager - Tech, you will lead new, large product initiatives to define the long-term strategy and vision to meet emerging customer needs and tax regulations. You will handle complex product development and business management scenarios, proactively identifying gaps/opportunities to then develop a suite of products to solve the problems.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree


• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition


• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product


• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product


• Experience managing technical products or online services


• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools


• Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing


• Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences


• Experience bringing technology products to market in a fast-paced environment


• Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
