A technology platform provider in India is seeking an experienced Product Manager (Support) to lead the product vision for customer self-serve support and knowledge experiences. The candidate will drive intuitive help experiences, work with cross-functional teams, and introduce AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on improving support KPIs and evaluating AI-enabled patterns. The Product Manager (Support) will lead the product vision and execution for Motive’s customer self‑serve support and knowledge experiences. Reporting into the Product & Strategy organization, you will define how customers discover answers, resolve issues faster, and seamlessly transition to assisted support when needed.
You’ll collaborate across Support, Knowledge, Design, and Engineering to deliver intuitive help experiences, implement sustainable content governance, and introduce AI‑enabled discovery and guidance.
