Job summary

Atlys is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Retention to own retention-led growth and craft product experiences that turn users into repeat, engaged customers. You will analyze cohorts and funnels to understand why users return, churn, or drop off, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and other teams to improve engagement and lifetime value.

This high-ownership role requires turning data and customer insights into concrete product opportunities and building new retention

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product, growth, retention, or CRM in a high-growth B2C environment.
• Strong analytical skills with cohorts, funnels and customer journeys.
• Ability to turn insights into experiments and product opportunities.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - Retention to own retention-led growth at Atlys and build product experiences that turn users into repeat, engaged customers.

You’ll understand user behaviour, identify where and why users drop off, and work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data and other teams to build experiences that improve engagement, repeat usage and customer lifetime value.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who sees retention as a product problem, can turn data and customer insights into clear product opportunities, and is excited to build new retention loops across the Atlys travel journey.

The Job

• Own retention strategy and roadmap for critical parts of the customer lifecycle, identifying opportunities to increase engagement, repeat usage and long-term customer value.

• Understand user behaviour deeply by analysing cohorts, funnels and customer journeys to identify why users return, churn or drop off.

• Build retention-led product experiences across onboarding, discovery, post-transaction and future travel journeys that give users compelling reasons to come back.

• Drive growth through experimentation across personalisation, engagement, rewards, referrals, lifecycle experiences and other product-led growth levers.

• Lead cross-functional execution by partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design and Data to turn insights into experiments, ship quickly and scale what works.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:

• Have 4+ years of experience in product, growth, retention, CRM or consumer technology, ideally in a high‑growth B2C environment.

• Have strong product judgment and a track record of improving retention, engagement, frequency, repeat transactions or customer lifetime value.

• Are highly analytical and comfortable using cohorts, behavioural data, experimentation and customer insights to make product decisions.

• Think beyond traditional CRM and understand how product experiences, habits and retention loops can drive long-term customer value.

• Can identify growth opportunities, form strong hypotheses and take them from insight to experiment to product.
