Lowe's Commerce Solutions is building a Unified Commerce Platform enabling retailers globally to deliver seamless experiences across stores, digital channels, and fulfillment. The Senior Product Manager will own key capabilities within the platform and translate retailer needs into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

The role requires strong retail process knowledge, customer empathy, and product execution excellence to deliver solutions deployed across global retail enterprises.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management experience.
• Strong understanding of retail commerce, omnichannel, POS, or store technologies.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to build scalable products.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for assigned modules within the Unified Commerce Platform.
• Engage with retailers, business stakeholders, and internal teams to understand evolving commerce needs.
• Create product requirements, user stories, and release plans; define success metrics and drive adoption.
• Design products with scalability and multi-retailer deployment in mind, supporting different formats and geographies.

Job Description Summary

Lowe's Commerce Solutions is building a Unified Commerce Platform that enables retailers globally to deliver seamless customer experiences across stores, digital channels, and fulfillment ecosystems.

The Senior Product Manager will own key product capabilities within the Unified Commerce Platform and will be responsible for translating retailer needs into scalable enterprise-grade solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of retail business processes, customer journeys, store operations, digital commerce, and enterprise software platforms.

The ideal candidate will combine customer empathy, technology understanding, and product execution excellence to build products that can be deployed across global retail enterprises.

Core Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for assigned modules within the Unified Commerce Platform.
• Define product vision, capabilities, and user experiences based on retailer needs and market opportunities.
• Convert complex retail business problems into scalable platform capabilities.
• Drive product lifecycle from discovery, definition, development, launch, and optimization.

Retailer & Market Understanding

• Engage with retailers, business stakeholders, and internal teams to understand evolving commerce needs.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify product opportunities.

Product Delivery

• Create product requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, UX, data, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Define product success metrics and continuously improve adoption and business outcomes.

Platform Thinking

• Design products with scalability, configurability, and multi-retailer deployment in mind.
• Ensure capabilities support different retail formats, geographies, and operating models.
• Partner with technology teams to define API-first and cloud-native product capabilities.

Years of Experience

5-7 years of product management experience.

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

BTech or MTech
