PhonePe Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for our platform and user-centric products. You will work with other pods and diverse stakeholders to achieve aligned objectives and run on complex, scalable technology with a bias for impact.

You will translate strategy into a crisp annual roadmap, define measurable objectives, and lead planning across teams to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills essential for cross-functional collaboration.
• 5+ years of experience in product/platform building and development.
• Analytical and data-driven with the ability to derive actions from large data sets.
• Strong ability in scalable data modeling and platform design thinking.
• Clear POV on business aspects with balanced data-backed insights and ambiguity.
• Ability to own output metrics and impact while balancing pod priorities.

Responsabilités

• Identify large problem statements and break them into platform-level designs.
• Scope and phase product builds beyond standard use cases.
• Translate strategy into an annual roadmap with measurable objectives across products.
• Be the SME driving business decisions and understand cost/revenue implications.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning and execution across pods.
• Evangelize goals and drive alignment with stakeholders using data.
• Participate in interviews for PM/APM roles and support resource planning.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

• Identify large problem statements and break it down into platform level component designs.
• Scope and phase product building meaningfully over and above standard use cases.
• Translate pod and product strategy into a crisp, annual roadmap and define measurable objectives of a suite of products
• Be the subject matter expert in driving business decisions and fuly understand cost and revenue implications of your product suite.
• Drive annual and quarterly planning and execution cadences across pods.
• Be the thought leader for the product suite and evangelize goals and objectives. Drive alignment across stakeholders by effectively engaging them with data.
• Participate in interviews for PM, APM roles and provide inputs for resource planning across functions.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Atleast 5+ years of experience in Product / Platform building and development
• Analytical and data driven with the ability to to derive action and make decisions based on large data sets.
• Good with scalable data modeling and abstractions on platform design. Can think over and above traditional use cases.
• Come with a strong point of view on all aspects of the business and balance between a data backed view and ambiguity.
• Is able to own output metrics and impact while balancing priorities across pods.
