Job description

We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead the development of innovative solutions for the private credit markets. You'll be at the intersection of domain, technology, and AI/ML, building products that transform the deal lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning & Execution: End-to-end product planning, sprint planning, and delivery execution with clear milestones and success metrics
• Data Accuracy: Quality and reliability of all data outputs, including establishing validation processes, accuracy benchmarks, and continuous monitoring
• Prompt Engineering: AI/ML prompt optimization and refinement to improve extraction accuracy, response quality, and product performance.
• Product Vision Alignment: Providing clear, actionable feedback to innovation and engineering teams
• Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to drive the development and delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget, utilizing project management tools like Jira.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure successful product launches and drive customer adoption and retention.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of product features, functionalities, and processes. Develop training materials to support internal teams and end-users. Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in FinTech, LegalTech, or financial services technology.
• Deep understanding of private credit markets and experience with loan documents, and financial covenants etc
• Proven track record of owning product execution from planning through delivery with measurable outcomes
• Strong understanding of data extraction technologies, financial data systems, and platform scalability. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on technical solutions.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts and financial domain knowledge to diverse audiences, including stakeholders, team members, and customers.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and optimizing LLM/AI model outputs
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools and platforms
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. Start-up experience is highly desirable.
• Background in investment banking, private equity, credit funds, or direct lending (preferred)
• Experience with contract analytics, legal data extraction, or NLP-based products (preferred)
• Knowledge of capital markets technology infrastructure and data workflows (preferred)
• Familiarity with loan syndication processes and credit agreement structures (preferred)
• MBA, JD, or relevant advanced degree (preferred)
• Technical background or experience working closely with data science teams (preferred)
