Job summary

EarnIn in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Product Designer who can move easily between website UI, ad creative, and video editing. The role is hybrid with 2 days on-site, and includes healthcare, internet/cell phone reimbursement, a learning and development stipend, and possible travel to our Mountain View HQ.

You’ll leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to speed up design and content production, build reusable prompts and templates, and maintain brand and regulatory compliance across formats.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UI/website design experience.
• 4+ years of ad creative experience.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools.
• Experience using AI tools and prompt engineering in creative workflows.

POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for a versatile Senior Product Designer who can move easily between website/UI design, ad creative, and video editing - and who knows how to use AI tools and prompt engineering to work faster and produce better creative. This is a hybrid role based in our Bengaluru office, with 2 days on-site as part of our expanding site. EarnIn provides excellent benefits, including healthcare, internet/cell phone reimbursement, a learning and development stipend, and potential opportunities to travel to our Mountain View HQ. Our salary ranges depend on role, level, and location. We cannot provide visa sponsorship or immigration support for this position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design simple, clean UI concepts for websites and landing pages
• Create images and graphics for digital ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Edit and produce short videos for ads and social content
• Use AI tools (image generation, video generation, prompt engineering) to speed up and enhance design and content creation
• Build reusable prompts, modular inputs, and templates to produce high-fidelity creative variations at scale
• Rapidly iterate on new campaign ideas and refresh evergreen assets to avoid creative fatigue
• Maintain brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all formats and platforms
• Document prompt logic, chaining, and template design so the team can scale content production
• Stay current on emerging AI tools and pilot promising new techniques
• Use performance data to refine creative - test variations and double down on what works

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of experience designing UI/website concepts
• 4+ years of experience creating ad creative (images/graphics)
• Strong working skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and a video editing tool (Premiere, After Effects, or similar)
• Comfortable using AI creative tools and prompt engineering as part of your everyday workflow
• Think(s) structurally - comfortable with prompt engineering, JSON-like inputs, logic trees, and template systems
• Working knowledge of visual production basics (camera types, lenses, lighting, composition) to craft detailed, high-quality prompts
• Experience in fast-paced, high-output creative environments with rapid iteration cycles
• A portfolio showing examples of the above
