Job summary

Data Axle Inc. in Pune, India, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end experience design for our SaaS products.

You will work within a small product design team to define and evolve user experiences across multiple sales and marketing applications, collaborating closely with product and technology teams. The role emphasizes user-centric design, pixel-perfect interfaces, and strong prototyping skills, with opportunities to shape design systems and contribute to product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and visual skills in digital products.
• Experience in UX design such as human centered design, information design, and workshop & meeting facilitation.
• Experience creating typical UX documentation, such as site maps, flow diagrams, annotation documents, etc.
• Have experience closely partnering with product managers to develop the strategy and rationale for features.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience with prototyping and usability testing also a plus.
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Basic understanding of design systems, their use and benefits.
• Must be deadline sensitive and adaptable to change.

• Design and implement prototypes, visual interfaces, and interaction of web-based applications.
• Ensure that user experience is aligned to achieve company goals.
• Develop and maintain our design systems.
• Communicate ideas and interactions using prototypes, flow charts and other tools.
• Engage with users to understand needs and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with developers to understand feasibility before hand-off.
• Collaborate with other designers to establish design guidelines and standards across the company.

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our high-octane product organization. This person will help create the next generation of Big Data solutions for small/medium sized businesses that discover sales leads, track their prospecting and create stunning marketing campaigns. As a part of a small product design team, this person will be responsible for defining and evolving all user experiences for a range of industry-leading SaaS applications in the sales and marketing space, working closely with the product and technology teams.
