Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and drive the end-to-end design process for Zluri’s platform. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user‑centric experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, strong UI/UX skills, and the ability to translate complex workflows into seamless designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, from research and wireframing to high‑fidelity UI design and prototyping.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to enhance product usability.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and interaction guidelines for consistency across the platform.
• Create engaging visual designs, animations, and micro‑interactions that enhance the user experience.
• Stay updated with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Advocate for user‑centred design principles and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design goals and priorities.

Qualification and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science). An MBA is a plus
• Experience: 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS products or enterprise applications.

Key Skills:

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, InVision).
• Strong understanding of design thinking, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front‑end development concepts (not mandatory but a plus).
• Experience working in agile teams and fast‑paced product environments
