Key Accountabilities
Develop and maintain piping layouts, equipment arrangements, and plant 3D model zones.
Prepare and review plot plans, piping GAs, isometrics, tie‑in details, support drawings, and BOM/MTO.
Perform clash detection and coordinate resolutions with process, mechanical, civil/structural, and E&I teams.
Interpret P&IDs, line lists, vendor drawings, and client specs; update models/drawings per revisions.
Incorporate red marks and site inputs; produce as‑built documentation and closeout packages.
Lead model reviews, track action items, and maintain QA/QC standards.
Support construction and commissioning with field sketches, RFIs/TQs, and constructability guidance.
Mentor junior designers, enforce drafting standards, and improve CAD/3D workflows.
Strong 3D spatial awareness, attention to detail, and zero‑defect mindset.
Proactive communicator with excellent interdisciplinary coordination skills.
