• Good communication and analytical skills.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in the role.

Responsibilities

• Handle Insurance Verification & Pre-Authorization process.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility & benefits.
• Obtain and process prior authorizations.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals and updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, coverage, deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance.
• Review insurance plans to determine coverage requirements and authorization needs.
• Submit authorization requests through insurance portals, phone, fax, or other approved channels.
