QAD | Redzone seeks a Senior Principal Software Engineer – Full Stack to define and drive the technical strategy across the engineering function. The Senior Principal Software Engineer – Full Stack is a key technical leader responsible for defining and driving the technical strategy across the entire engineering function. You will own complex, high-impact systems, deliver enterprise-scale SaaS products at Champion Pace, and serve as a recognized internal subject matter expert — providing thought leadership to redefine the supply chain through an intelligent, adaptive platform.
This role operates at the highest individual contributor level — you are a recognized technical authority who shapes engineering direction without formal management. You lead through expertise, influence, and the quality of your decisions. You set the bar for architecture, code quality, and engineering culture across the team.
