Job summary

o2h group is seeking a senior scientist with CRO experience to lead analytical development work involving LCMS, Prep, HPLC, and NMR for NCE molecules. The role emphasizes mentoring a team of scientists and ensuring timely data delivery across shifts in a collaborative culture.

You will drive purification strategies, troubleshoot instruments, and stay current with new analytical techniques in a fast-paced environment, communicating clearly in English.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CRO experience with hands-on LCMS/Prep.
• Experience in HPLC/NMR/HPLC method development for NCEs at analytical scale.
• Proficiency in purification techniques and column chemistries.
• Strong troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and calibration skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor a team of scientists.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
