Job summary

HomeLane is seeking a Senior Luxury Interiors Designer to lead design-to-order conversions for high-end residential spaces. You will conduct in-depth client consultations, craft layouts and 3D visuals, and balance aesthetics with cost and feasibility.

Manage multiple projects with timely sign-offs and present designs compellingly to clients. Responsibilities include aligning with HomeLane pricing modules, coordinating handovers with execution teams, and upselling premium finishes.

Qualifications

• 6–14+ years of luxury interiors experience.
• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Proven experience handling marquee or ultra-premium projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle allocated Luxe customers independently and drive design-to-order conversion.
• Conduct detailed client consultations to understand lifestyle needs, spatial constraints, budgets, and luxury aspirations.
• Create design layouts, 3D views, and material selections that balance aesthetics, cost, and feasibility.
• Own multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely design sign-offs.
• Present designs persuasively to customers and close design iterations efficiently.
• Work within HomeLane systems, modules, and pricing frameworks.
• Coordinate with project managers and execution teams for accurate design handover.
• Proactively upsell premium finishes, accessories, and modular enhancements.
• Ensure zero-defect designs by following HomeLane technical and quality guidelines.
