Job summary

Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) seeks a Senior Principal Forward Deployed Engineer to lead strategic AI and data transformation programs for Oracle's largest enterprise customers. This senior, customer‑facing engineering leadership role architects, modernizes, and operationalizes enterprise‑scale data platforms on the Oracle AI Data Platform.

You will collaborate with CIOs and CTOs to accelerate AI adoption, migrate from Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and AWS, and define reusable delivery

Qualifications

• Senior engineering leadership experience in large-scale data/AI programs.
• Proven ability to engage CIOs/CTOs and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience migrating analytics workloads across cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS) and on‑prem environments.

This is a senior customer-facing engineering leadership role responsible for architecting, modernizing, and operationalizing enterprise-scale data platforms on the Oracle AI Data Platform.

You will work directly with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, chief architects, and engineering leaders to accelerate AI adoption, modernize legacy data estates, and deliver production-ready analytics and Generative AI solutions. You will combine deep hands‑on engineering expertise with executive-level consulting, leading complex migrations from Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments while defining reusable delivery patterns that shape Oracle CSS best practices.
