Job summary

Air Liquide India seeks a Senior Principal Engineer - Instrumentation to lead engineering efforts in EPC and detail design for projects across Oil & Gas, Energy, Refining and Petrochemicals. You will ensure technical excellence, KPI driven performance, and adherence to safety, quality and schedule targets.

Ideal candidates hold MTech/ME or BE/BTech in Instrumentation with 15+ years of experience, fluent English, and a proven track record delivering complex projects within contractual and cost

Qualifications

• Education: MTech /ME , B.Tech/ BE Discipline: Instrumentation.
• Work Experience: EPC or Detail design engineering in projects across Oil & Gas, Energy, Refining, Petrochemicals.
• English: Fluent in business English.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering practices, workflows and procedures for instrumentation in EPC projects.
• Act as discipline lead, ensure quality, schedule, cost targets and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate training and knowledge sharing within the discipline.
• Monitor KPI benchmarks and optimize engineering processes based on data.

Senior Principal Engineer is having strong ability in technical matters with profound knowledge of applicable Engineering principles and processes with an emphasis on safe, compliant, reliable, efficient and practical solutions required for the engineering design and execution of proposals and projects.
