Genpact is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant MSD Power Platform Architect with expertise in Power BI, data analytics, and enterprise data integration. You will manage dashboards, data models and live reporting across Dynamics 365 and Azure environments.

Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers and consultants to ensure high-quality visualization, scalable data pipelines and compliant governance in a fast-moving, innovation-driven setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent with strong quantitative foundations.
• Master's in Data Science or related field preferred.
• Certifications in data governance, data management or compliance are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards and data models integrated with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dataverse, Azure Data Lake and Synapse.
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and high-performance reporting in production.
• Lead data governance and environment management adhering to AMS standards and version control.

Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant MSD Power Platform Architect. We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our Managed support team responsible for delivering strategic and operational reporting solutions. The role focuses on maintaining, optimizing and enhancing Power BI dashboards and data models that integrate with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Azure Data Platform and other enterprise data sources. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers and functional consultants to ensure data accuracy, visualization quality and high-performance reporting in a live production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support & Maintenance:
  • Manage existing Power BI reports, datasets and workspaces under AMS (Application Managed Services) model.
  • Troubleshoot data refresh issues, access permissions and report performance problems.
  • Monitor and optimize Power BI service capacity and gateway configurations.
• Enhancement & Optimization:
  • Implement enhancements to existing dashboards and develop new analytics solutions based on business requests.
  • Ensure best practices for DAX queries, data modeling and report performance optimization.
  • Manage report lifecycle, development, testing, deployment and change control.
• Data Integration:
  • Connect Power BI to Dynamics 365 (Finance & SCM), Dataverse, Azure SQL Data Lake and Synapse Analytics.
  • Collaborate with data engineers for ETL/ELT processes and data quality improvements.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work with functional and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into interactive and insightful reports.
  • Provide user training documentation and usage governance support.
• Governance & Compliance:
  • Follow organizational standards for data security, environment management and Power BI workspace governance.
  • Support periodic audits, data refresh schedules and version control in alignment with AMS processes.
