Job summary

CellPoint Digital India LLP is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate internal developer platforms on Google Cloud Platform. You will champion a Platform as a Product approach, creating self-service toolchains and CI/CD pipelines for application teams while enforcing security by default and IaC governance.

You will mentor engineers and drive adoption across teams. The role emphasizes strong Kubernetes expertise, GitOps with ArgoCD, and hands-on tooling in Go and Python,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Cloud/Platform Engineering in large-scale environments.

The ideal candidate will apply a \"Platform as a Product\" mindset to lead the development and implementation of robust, scalable, and self-service infrastructure that empowers our software engineers. We are looking for a highly seasoned technical leader with a proven track record in building toolchains and golden paths that accelerate application delivery and ensure compliance by default. You are ideally passionate about Internal Developer Platforms, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, security and governance-by-default, and measuring ROI and platform adoption. You are a highly experienced technical leader who excels at reducing friction for application teams, designing seamless developer experiences, and fostering strong collaboration with software engineers and architects to understand their needs. We aim to deliver a world class payment orchestration platform implemented in GCP and having guaranteed SLAs higher than 99.95%. Endless horizontal scalability, resilience, and secure operations are the name of the game.
