The Senior Physiotherapist will provide advanced assessment and treatment for clients with spinal cord injuries, neurological conditions, and other forms of paralysis in an on-site setting located in Noida. This full-time role includes developing individualised rehabilitation plans, leading activity-based recovery sessions, and monitoring progress using evidence-based techniques and specialised equipment. The Senior Physiotherapist will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, participate in case discussions, and contribute to programme development for both day care and in-house rehabilitation services. Daily responsibilities also involve educating clients and caregivers about treatment goals, home exercise programmes, and long-term recovery strategies, while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adherence to professional standards. The role may also include mentoring junior therapists and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives within the centre.
