  • Identify opportunities to simplify manual reporting, improve self-service access to data and strengthen the overall People analytics experience.
  • Support reporting governance by ensuring appropriate data security, confidentiality, access controls and adherence to applicable privacy requirements.
  • Provide guidance and enablement to People team stakeholders on how to interpret and use reports effectively.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation and data analysis.
  • Experience transforming ambiguous business questions into practical scalable reporting solutions.
  • Strong analytical judgement and attention to detail, with the ability to validate data accuracy before communicating findings.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and insights clearly to nontechnical audiences.
  • Experience partnering with Finance, People Operations, HR Technology and/or Business Intelligence teams.
