Job summary

Jade Global in Hyderabad, India seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large Oracle Fusion implementations and multi-team programs. You will drive program governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across business analysts, architects, and sponsors.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management, PMP/PgMP/CSM or SAFe is a plus, and excels in training design and change management while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, business or related field.
• 8+ years of direct experience in Project Management and Program Leadership with proven success.
• PMI-PMP, PMI-PgMP, CSM or SAFe certification is a plus.
• Led two or more large Oracle Fusion implementation projects as Lead Project Manager.
• Experience with organizational change management is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and client stakeholders across roles.
• Skilled in reporting project progress and metrics to executives.
• Proficient with agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Experience balancing critical issues and competing priorities.
• Ability to identify training needs and customize content for clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams; foster collaboration, innovation and accountability.

• Able to use various project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall
• Experienced in balancing critical issue resolution and competing priorities
• Skilled in identifying client training requirements and customizing training content as needed
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
