Job summary

Lonvec Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Senior Oracle Database Administrator with 6–10 years of experience to manage enterprise Oracle database environments in a hybrid full-time role.

The candidate will lead Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, ASM, SQL, and PL/SQL activities, perform performance tuning, backup/recovery, and ensure high availability. Collaboration with application, infrastructure, and engineering teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in enterprise Oracle database environments.

• Strong performance tuning, backup/recovery and high availability solutions.

Oracle Database Administrator / Database Infrastructure Full-time Hybrid

We are hiring a Senior Oracle DBA with 6–10 years of experience in managing enterprise Oracle database environments. The ideal candidate should be technically strong in Oracle Database Administration, Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, ASM, SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and high-availability solutions. Experience with Linux/Unix environments and cloud database platforms is preferred. The role requires an individual contributor who can work independently while collaborating with application, infrastructure, and engineering teams. Key responsibilities include the implementation and administration of Oracle database environments, managing RAC and Data Guard configurations, performing backup and recovery operations, monitoring and optimizing database performance, supporting high-availability and disaster recovery solutions, troubleshooting database issues, providing technical support for production environments, and managing database operations end-to-end from implementation and maintenance through performance optimization and recovery.
