Job summary

Blue Dart is seeking a Senior Operations Staff to reinforce day-to-day activities across service centres, hubs, and warehouses. You will ensure shipment processing, accuracy, productivity, and adherence to SOPs while supporting in-charges with allocation and coaching.

You will participate in data entry, perform operational documentation, and handle peak volumes with focus on safety and quality. Travel up to 25–75% as required to support locations across the network.

• Support loading and unloading of shipments while ensuring safe material handling practices.

Position Overview:

The Senior Ops Staff is responsible for executing and supporting day-to-day operational activities across Blue Dart's Service Centres, Hubs, Warehouses and Processing Units while ensuring high standards of shipment accuracy, operational productivity and service quality. In addition to performing operational processing activities, the role supports Shift In-charges by assisting in work allocation, coaching newly inducted employees, handling operational exceptions and ensuring adherence to Blue Dart's Standard Operating Procedures. The incumbent plays an important role in maintaining operational discipline, supporting service commitments and driving consistent execution across operational workstations.

Job Purpose:

To ensure efficient shipment processing and operational execution by maintaining high levels of productivity, quality, safety and operational compliance while supporting the Shift In-charge in achieving daily operational objectives and mentoring junior operations team members.
