Job summary

Quadrant Technologies in Bangalore is seeking a Senior Ontology Engineer with 7–12+ years of experience to design and maintain enterprise ontologies and semantic models supporting AI/ML, knowledge graphs, data integration, and intelligent applications.

The role requires deep expertise in OWL, RDF/RDFS, SKOS, SHACL, SPARQL and experience with graph databases such as Neo4j, GraphDB, Stardog, and Neptune. Leadership in ontology governance and mentoring junior team members is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of experience in ontology development and semantic modeling.

Senior Ontology Engineer

Experience: 7 to 12+ Years | Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a Senior Ontology Engineer with strong experience in ontology development, semantic modeling, and knowledge graphs.

Key Skills:

• Ontology Engineering, OWL, RDF/RDFS, SKOS, SHACL
• SPARQL and Knowledge Graphs
• Protg or similar ontology tools
• Semantic data modeling, taxonomy, data integration
• Graph databases such as Neo4j, GraphDB, Stardog, Neptune
• Python/Java scripting
• Experience with GenAI, LLM, RAG/NLP is a plus
• Ability to lead ontology design, governance, and mentor junior team members
