Responsibilities

• Receipt, verification, and storage of laboratory chemicals and glassware.
• Preparation of volumetric, test, limit test, and indicator solutions.
• Preparation of SOP, GTP, CoA, STP, and specification documents.
• Maintaining Good Laboratory Practices in the lab.
• Regular cleanliness checks of the laboratory.
• Management of all types of standards.
• Receiving and maintenance of chromatographic columns.
• Preparation and execution of protocols.
• Contacting vendors as required.
• Initiating investigations related to LIR, deviation, OOS, and OOAL.
• Initiating change control and CAPA.
• Sampling and approved label pasting of raw materials, packing materials, and miscellaneous materials.
• Receiving samples and inwarding them into respective registers/LIMS.
• Handling of Caliber e-LIMS and BLPS software.
• Cleaning of instruments.
