Codilar Digital Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Next.js / React Native Developer to lead frontend and mobile development initiatives. The role requires deep expertise in React, Next.js, and React Native, with the ability to design scalable architecture and mentor junior developers.

You will collaborate across backend, QA, and UX/UI teams to deliver high-performance applications, optimize user experience, and ensure coding standards through code reviews and guidance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in React / Next.js and/or React Native.
• Experience with REST API integration.
• Strong understanding of state management.
• Experience with responsive design and performance optimization.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Git and development best practices.
• Experience in leading or mentoring developers is preferred.
