Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of enterprise network security infrastructure.
• Implement, review, and optimize security policies across Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet FortiGate environments.
• Perform change implementation, validation, rollback planning, and operational documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex connectivity, routing, NAT, VPN, SSL, and network security issues.
• Administer and manage Cloudflare security policies, SSL/TLS configurations, rate limiting, bot protection, and application security controls.
• Support VPN technologies, including deployment, troubleshooting, optimization, and user connectivity issues.
• Participate in security incident response activities and perform root cause analysis for network security incidents.
• Conduct firewall rule reviews, recertification, cleanup, and security hardening activities.
• Coordinate with SOC, infrastructure, cloud, server, application, and network teams to resolve security and connectivity challenges.
• Review vendor security advisories and implement recommended mitigations.
• Perform firmware upgrades, high‑availability validation, backup management, and health checks.
• Prepare SOPs, operational procedures, implementation plans, and technical documentation.
• Support compliance and audit activities, including ISO 27001, PCI‑DSS, NIST, and customer security requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
