Job summary

GlobalLogic Inc. is seeking a Senior .NET Lead (Principal Engineer) for Hyderabad to drive architecture and delivery of cloud-based applications. You will lead technically, design rest APIs, and mentor a team across .NET Core, C#, Angular, and Azure in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience with a strong track record delivering end-to-end enterprise software and multitenant SaaS solutions, in collaboration with product, QA, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise software projects and teams.
• Strong background in .NET Core, C#, SQL Server and cloud platforms.
• Ability to design systems and RESTful APIs with Azure and SaaS/ multitenant patterns.
• Proven delivery of end-to-end outcomes in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the resolution of technical problems and break down large requirements.
• Guide a collaborative Agile engineering team and share knowledge.
• Design and implement software using .NET, C#, SQL Server.
• Develop REST APIs using .NET Web APIs.
• Mentor juniors and articulate technical work into business value.
• Explore React.js / React Native and Azure cloud as needed.
• Contribute to architecture decisions for SaaS/multi-tenant solutions.

Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Requirements

• .NET Core, C#, EF, SQL

• Someone who can do system designs
• Someone who has some drive. We don't want to have to tell them what to do all the time.
• Fully versed in tracking and controlling software relating to changes to your source code.
• Proven history across the Microsoft stack and cloud related technologies.
• Experience in delivering end-to-end outcomes based and able to articulate these into meaningful business outcomes.
• Other custom SaaS / multitenant / enterprise type software

Job responsibilities

• At least 9+ years experience developing commercial and cloud applications
• Proven ability to lead the resolution of technical problems with an ability to breakdown large requirements into manageable pieces of work
• A keen desire working in a collaborative Agile engineering team, sharing your knowledge, experience and providing technical assistance to the rest of the team
• In depth knowledge of developing software using technologies such as .NET, C#, SQL Server
• Experience in designing and implementing REST API using .NET WebAPIs
• Solid knowledge and experience of OO principles, software development and engineering best practices
• An inquisitive mind with an excellent attention to quality and detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences
