We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer / Tech Lead with strong expertise in .NET, SQL, REST API development, and modern full-stack technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance applications while guiding best practices, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the development lifecycle.

You will be part of the core Engineering team, working closely with architects, developers, QA engineers, and product owners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance application features using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6, and SQL Server.

Build, optimize, and maintain high-quality database solutions, including stored procedures, functions, and performance-tuned queries.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end and backend services.

Participate in high-level and low-level design discussions, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and adherence to architectural standards.

Review and improve existing implementations, identifying areas for performance optimization and process improvement.

Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables from the development team.

Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams for smooth project execution and effective communication.

Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, and best practices are followed.

Ensure accurate system documentation and contribute reusable components to improve development productivity.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership where required.

Basic Requirements

7+ years of experience in .NET development with strong command of C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+.

Strong experience in SQL Server, T-SQL, query optimization, and database performance tuning.

Proven experience developing REST APIs and integrating backend systems.

Experience with SSIS/SSRS and working knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

Strong proficiency with Git, agile practices, and collaborative development.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in distributed teams and manage deliverables with quality and ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Node.js, Express.js, real-time applications (e.g., Socket.io), or MEAN stack components.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and security-driven design practices (SAST/DAST remediation).

Prior experience leading a small technical team or mentoring developers.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
