Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Software Engineer to own a business-critical engineering desktop application. You will maintain and enhance a complex WPF/.NET solution used in an engineering environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape its roadmap and ensure performance and reliability.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in desktop development, strong MVVM and UI framework skills, and familiarity with Oracle databases.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer who will take ownership of a business-critical engineering application. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting a complex desktop software solution used in an engineering environment. You will work closely with cross functional teams, contribute to the application's technical roadmap, and ensure its reliability, performance, and continuous improvement throughout its lifecycle.

Required Technical Skills
