Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Mobile Test Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Appium, WebDriverIO, JavaScript, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing and developing scalable mobile automation frameworks for Android and iOS applications and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.

The engineer will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Manual Testers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality mobile applications through automation-first testing practices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and application workflows.
• Analyze application functionality to identify automation candidates.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reusable mobile automation frameworks.
• Design and implement automation scripts for Android and iOS native applications.
• Develop reusable Page Object Models, utilities, and common libraries.
• Execute automation suites for Smoke, Sanity, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
• Perform root cause analysis for automation failures and application defects.
• Maintain stable and reliable automation suites with minimal flaky tests.
• Integrate automation execution into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze execution reports and share quality metrics with stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Continuously improve automation framework architecture and coding standards.
• Follow enterprise automation best practices and coding guidelines.
• Contribute to framework documentation, reusable components, and knowledge sharing.
