Accendra Health is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to design, develop, and maintain complex mobile applications using modern JS and native frameworks. You will drive technical best practices and contribute to architectural decisions to deliver scalable solutions.

You’ll work in Pune with a hybrid option, collaborating with product owners, designers, and backend engineers across platforms and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in mobile development.
• Proficiency in REST API, authentication and GraphQL.
• Experience with front-end technologies and SSR (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, React Native, NextJS, Tailwind).
• Experience with iOS and Android platforms.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop mobile and front-end features for web and hybrid apps.
• Leverage SSR with NextJS and native features like GPS, camera, and offline mode.
• Build cross-platform apps using React Native or Nativescript.
• Integrate apps with backend services via REST/GraphQL and optimize UX.
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, and best practices.

Senior Mobile Engineer

Accendra Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Engineer, to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex mobile applications using modern JS and Native frameworks and Digital Experience Platforms. You will leverage your deep understanding of multiple form factors and mobile platforms to deliver exceptional user experiences and robust, scalable solutions. You will also play a key role in driving technical best practices and contributing to architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Mobile and Front-End Development:

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, React Native, Nativescript).

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) using NextJS

• Leverage native capabilities such as GPS, offline capabilities, camera, voice, Augmented reality, AI and push notifications

• Implement mobile friendly and responsive design supporting iOS and Android.

• Develop cross platform native/hybrid mobile applications using technologies like React Native or Nativescript.

• Integrate mobile apps with digital experience or commerce platforms using GraphQL and NodeJS/.NET backend services.

• Digital Experience Development Experience (Preferred) :

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions on a Digital Experience Platform (such as Sitecore/Optimizely/Contentful), including templates, renderings, layouts, and workflows.

• Implement and configure Digital Experience Platform features, such as personalization, A/B testing, and analytics.

• E-Commerce experience a huge plus

• Integrate custom backend services and APIs using REST/SOAP.

• DevOps and CI/CD:

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Github enterprise and SonarQube.

• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (e.g., Azure, GCP).

• Monitor application performance and ensure system stability.

• Work with edge platforms like Vercel or Netlify

• Deploy to the App store and Google Play

• Agile Development:

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

• Collaborate effectively with product owners, designers, and other team members.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adhesion to coding standards.

• Contribute to architectural discussions and design decisions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 7+ years of professional experience in mobile development.

• Proficiency in Rest API, authentication and GraphQL.

• Experience with front-end technologies and Server-side rendering (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, React Native, NextJS, Tailwind).

• Experience with mobile platforms (iOS, Android).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience with mobile development building native or hybrid apps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a Digital experience/CMS platform, Digital Asset Management (DAM)

• Experience with headless architecture and GraphQL

• Server-side rendering with NextJS/Vercel

Work Location

Pune, India – Hybrid preferred, Remote possible for the right candidate

The role is expected to have a significant overlap with the US time zones.
