What You’ll Do

As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you’ll not only build and optimise high-quality mobile applications — you’ll lead modernisation initiatives, refactor legacy modules for improved performance and maintainability, and shape the evolution of next-generation mobile experiences across Android and iOS.

• Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and native iOS applications using Swift/Objective-C.
• Build and enhance hybrid mobile applications using the Flutter framework (desirable).
• Work with the Product team to understand requirements and provide solutions with associated UX and technical design.
• Develop mobile applications aligned with RESTful API principles.
• Implement and maintain unit tests, ensuring code quality and reliability across modules.
• Maintain and optimise CI/CD workflows for mobile application builds, testing, and releases.
• Analyse and remediate security vulnerabilities reported through automated scanning tools.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering and security guidelines.
• Support and manage mobile app deployments to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including signing, provisioning, and release management.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of hands‑on experience in mobile application development.
• Strong expertise in:
• Swift/Objective‑C for native iOS development
• Experience building hybrid mobile apps using Flutter (desirable but not mandatory).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows for mobile builds and automation.
• Proficiency with GitHub or Bitbucket for version control and collaborative development.
• Strong understanding of REST architecture and consumption of REST APIs in mobile clients.
• Experience writing unit tests, conducting code reviews, and following industry‑standard coding practices.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and modern engineering best practices.
• Ability to interpret security scanning reports and perform vulnerability remediation.
• Proven capability in writing clean, maintainable, modular, and well‑documented code.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, and DevOps.
• Strong understanding of responsive UI/UX development for multiple device types and orientations.
• Hands‑on experience working in agile environments with iterative release cycles.
• Familiarity with app deployment processes in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
