- Lead new product launch strategies from concept to market introduction.

Branding & Communication
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Manage creative and content requirements with internal and external teams.
- Support participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and dealer meets.
Digital & Field Marketing
- Oversee social media campaigns, Google Ads, influencer collaborations, and website updates.
- Coordinate with regional teams for offline marketing, dealer branding, and field promotions.
Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Design teams for campaign alignment.
- Analyze results, prepare monthly marketing reports, and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing / Business Administration.
- 6–7 years of experience in marketing, branding, or product promotion (preferably in building materials, interiors, or related industries).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and offline brand activations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
