Infopro Learning, a global learning and development solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Vendor & Contracts Leader in India. You will expand the vendor and freelancer network, onboard quickly, manage contract lifecycles, and oversee invoicing and cost reconciliation.

You will lead a team to ensure compliance, performance tracking, and strong stakeholder relationships, while driving automation to scale operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in vendor management or procurement.
• MBA, PMP and Six Sigma certifications are required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential.

Responsabilités

• Expand and diversify the global vendor and freelancer network ahead of demand.
• Qualify and onboard new vendors quickly while maintaining quality standards.
• Own the contract lifecycle for vendor agreements, including negotiations and renewals.
• Oversee invoicing, payment cycles and cost reconciliation.
• Track vendor performance against SLAs and OKRs.
• Lead and develop a compliant, invoicing-accurate team.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive onboarding, invoicing and reporting automation for scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand and diversify the global vendor and freelancer network ahead of demand, and identify new categories, geographies and skill sets
• Qualify and onboard new vendors quickly without lowering quality or compliance standards
• Own the contract lifecycle for vendor and freelancer agreements, including customizing approved templates for each consultant, negotiation, renewal and tracking
• Oversee invoicing, payment cycles and cost reconciliation
• Track vendor performance against SLAs and OKRs
• Lead, mentor and develop a team, and stay accountable for its compliance, invoicing accuracy and contract execution
• Build direct, credible relationships with key stakeholders
• Drive automation in onboarding, invoicing and reporting so the work scales with volume
